Description: Steward Training provides members the principals needed to serve as a job site leader. The training covers the inner workings of the Council, the UBC structure, what is expected from a steward, and what a steward can expect from the Council. While journey level status and a representative assignment is required to serve as a steward, the training is beneficial to all, and all members are encouraged to take the training regardless of classification. At this time, all steward training will be conducted via Zoom.
